Prior to Welkin, Christopher worked at SAC Capital Advisors and the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Evercore Partners. He received a JD from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and dual bachelors’ degrees in finance and political science from the Wharton School and College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.

Johnny has invested in more than 15 companies, including 5 publicly-listed companies. He is currently a director of Tianxia and Aidi Education (acquired). His previous board and investment experience includes Xinzailing, Tianxia, Guitaitai (NEEQ: 834352), Precise Packaging (ChiNext: 300442) and Juneyao Airlines (SSE: 603885).
Prior to Welkin, Johnny served as executive director of his family's private investment office where he led direct investments in China. Before that, he worked in the Sponsors and Mergers & Acquisitions groups of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He received a BA in finance and systems science from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the Wharton School and School of Engineering of the University of Pennsylvania.
Johnny is a Hong Kong delegate of the Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and All-China Youth Federation. He co-founded the Centum Charitas Foundation.

Yun received dual LLM degrees from New York University and National University of Singapore, and a LLB diploma from East China University of Political Science and Law.
